Ian Rubenoff was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA and he started his culinary career there in 1999. He moved to Colorado in 2002 and he has been cooking in Boulder ever since. Before joining Lyons Fork, Ian had a six year stint as Chef de Cuisine at Q’s Restaurant in the Hotel Boulderado. Ian lives in Longmont with his wife, his son Levi, and their three dogs and two cats.
