Yoga at Sea with Yogini on the Loose Gina Caputo

All classes are 60 minutes.

Our 11am Ignited Flow classes are engaging and purifying vinyasa flow yoga with an emphasis on playing our edges and enlivening our spirits. We'll stoke our inner fires through dynamic sequencing, potent core cultivation and extraordinary breathwork. These classes will amplify your life force and leave you feeling fired up on life! Modifications will be given for all levels of students. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.

Our Sunset Flow classes are downtempo and deep vinyasa flow yoga with an emphasis on release and rejuvenation. Through a full-spectrum practice as the sun sets on the horizon, we'll explore the tidal rhythms of action and receptivity, effort and ease, grip and release. These liberating classes will leave you feeling connected, renewed and ready for an evening of amazing music and fun. Modifications will be given for all levels of students. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.


Gina Caputo's passionate and inspirational style of teaching is a balanced fusion of informed, vinyasa yoga with attention to holistic alignment, personal evolution and humor. She is an inspiring, empathetic teacher known for her clear and playful style of encouraging you to fearlessly navigate your edge, open your heart and boldly dive in! 

She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) at the highest possible level through Yoga Alliance. Her greatest influences have been Shiva Rea (Prana Flow®), Max Strom (Vinyasa), Erich Schiffmann (Vinyasa), Denise Kaufmann (Yin) andCyndi Lee (Om Yoga). Her deepest learning experiences came in the traditional manner of teacher / student apprenticeships with both Shiva Rea and Max Strom to whom she offers deep, humble pranams for their trust and confidence.

From 2001 to 2003, she was immersed in a vibrant yoga community in Los Angeles as one of the owners of Sacred Movement Center for Yoga & Healing (now Exhale Spa) where she served as owner, general manager, and teacher. From 2004 to 2012 she was the owner of and director of a 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training Program at Kansas Siddhi Yoga in the art district of Kansas City, MO. After spending 18 months teaching internationally, in mid-2012 she moved her home base to Boulder, Colorado where she teaches classes, teacher trainings, hikes everyday and makes life as interesting as possible. She also teaches live music events as part of Yoga Rocks The Park in both Denver and Boulder and taught over 2000 people this summer at Red Rocks Amphitheater with Michael Franti & Spearhead.
